If you need a new roof, I highly recommend Quality Roofing. The entire team made this daunting project a very seamless experience for me, from the initial call, quote process, and consultations to the start and finish of my roof -- in just two and a half days ! Their efficiency, attention to detail, product knowledge, and customer care were above my expectations. Both Juan and Nicholas were instrumental in ensuring the job was done right and were onsite to oversee the work. I noted every other member of the team contributed fully each day and the teamwork among them was amazing to see. Even my neighbor, a retired contractor, commented "great job"!  Quality Roofing fully deserves a 5-star rating -- not only for the outstanding job they did, but also for their support and access every step of the way, which I valued very much. I recently had the pleasure of hiring Quality Roofing for a reroofing and gutter replacement project, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service they provided. First and foremost, the project manager, Nickolas, was incredibly knowledgeable about roofing and gutter systems. He took the time to thoroughly assess my property's needs and provided valuable recommendations on where to spend money most effectively, rather than pushing unnecessary upgrades. Nick's honesty, professionalism, and friendly demeanor were the main reasons I chose Quality Roofing over other more well-known companies. The actual work performed by Quality Roofing Company was nothing short of outstanding. The reroofing process was executed with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that every shingle was installed correctly and securely according to manufacturer standards. The gutters were also installed flawlessly, effectively draining water without leaving any pooling. The Quality Roofing team worked with remarkable organization and efficiency, almost like a production line. They completed the entire project, from demolition to roof and gutter installation, in just 2.5 days, including city inspection. The owner, Juan, and PM Nick patiently listened to my questions and took actions based on my requests to ensure my satisfaction. The new roof and gutter/downspouts were beautifully done in high quality. The work passed the three days of pouring rain without any issues. I am incredibly pleased with the results of their work and the lower-than-average price they offered. Not only does my new roof look fantastic, but I also have peace of mind knowing that it was installed professionally according to manufacturer standards. I had this company come out for an estimate for my gutters. During that process, they made me and my family aware that there were issues with my roof that no other company bothered to tell me about. It helped save us from further problems down the road. Why did they do it? Because they care about their customers. On top of it, Nick was able to help us get the lowest price in town, while maintaining quality and fast service. We will be using this company to fix the issues on the roof that they found, as well as any other projects we have involving the services they provide. Nice to see a company look out for the customer and treat you more like a friend than a client.
